Swapnali Thokal is the heart and mind behind SwaSaar Careers LLP. With a deep passion for helping students discover their true potential and supporting parents through the challenges of modern parenting, she founded SwaSaar to bridge the gap between academic pressure and real-world readiness.
She brings hands-on experience working with students from Grade 5 through college, guiding them through career exploration, stream selection, psychometric assessments, and personalised academic mentoring. Her approach is empathetic, structured, and firmly rooted in understanding each individual's strengths.
For parents, Swapnali conducts one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops that address real challenges — from managing teenage behaviour and academic stress to building open communication and emotional resilience within the family.
