Swapnali Thokal

Founder, Career Counsellor at SwaSaar

Swapnali has done her masters in Psychology and holds bachelor’s degree in engineering. She is certified career counsellor from Univariety and University of California and Los Angles extension.

With more than fifteen years of experience working in the IT industry under her belt, she has always been motivated by a strong desire to help others and create a positive change in society. The same realization also helped her to understand the importance of pursuing a career that she is genuinely interested in and passionate about.

Having worked closely with students alongside having a long corporate career gives her a distinct advantage as a career counsellor. Career counselling is a calling for Swapnali that gives her a feeling of purpose. By guiding and mentoring students in the right direction she seeks to give back to society.

Monali Shinde

Career Counsellor at Swasaar

Monali holds degree in Microbiology and diploma in Child education & applied psychology. She works in research field more than 8 Years and as admission counsellor she is guiding and mentoring preschool and high school students.

Interacting with kids, helping them to choose correct board and guiding them for their academics motivate her to turn into career counsellor.

Monali is a resourceful School and Career Counsellor focused on building successful education paths in support of student’ career goals. She is a hardworking and resilient professional with deep understanding of mentoring and counselling.
